Thanks whychat and others for the responses. The 2 outstanding chargeoffs are for about 600 on one and 1,100 on the other. I am negotiating with them anyway and am planning to pay them off. Guess I will play it safe and pay them off first. By the way i just thought of something. I have a jetski that was just paid off last year. Why wouldn't they have gone after that, or is that something altogether different? I just want to know where I stand on this. Don't want any CA getting my new bike if I get it! Anyway any further insight is appreciated.
