on 4/12/02 a validation letter was sent to this CA on 4/15/02 they signed for it, however, on 4/25/02 i received a letter from them stating that they report to experian and advising me that if i apply for credit my history follows me, demanding i send payment today or call to discuss(thats never gonna happen) and to handle this matter while it is still fresh in my mind. I live in florida the dla is long past the account will purge next year,but i want this off of my report completely any suggestions since they did not send validation?
