My pleasure to help! I will have to do some research about how long you have to file. Some prominent consumer's rights attorney's do read this board, perhaps one of them will contact you. No doubt you have some damaages!!

Just concentrate on your yourself, since the threat of having them take your money is over - for now anyway. You can worry about suing them later, I'm sure.
