If so, they can call you as much as they want to. If it is a collection agency the only way to stop the calls is to send a cease and desist letter, you can tell tem in the letter to only contact you by mail.There is no way of getting them to "ration" their calls, the collection agencies have an automated phone system. Either tell them not to call you at all, or put up with it.
