Haven't you learned your lesson from the "streamline refinancing" problems? All refinancing, debt consolidation or any other schemes do is put $$$ into the broker or consolidator's pockets.The added fees and higher interest wind up costing you more money for a longer period of time.Who are you paying, and for what on a filed judgment? Is it a mediated settlement?
