Citibank has not "taken back" your account. It has been turned over to another scam/fraud outfit. Do not pay ANYONE anything any more.You have been victimized long enough.You have been paying for NOTHING since 1996 except to give the low life fraud collection agency a good laugh. You were cheated out of all that money for the past 6 years by people who had NO legitimate right to collect a penny.
