If you have already sent a validation letter, and they have not validated and are still calling you, they are in violation. Dispute on-line with the CRA's on your reports, dispute it as "not mine".You can also send this letter to the CA ,rrr, that way if the CRA's verify with the CA you can send the CRA's copies of BOTH letters and BOTH green cards.
