Transferring Balances

Does it reflect badly on your credit report to transfer balances from account to account a few times a year? I have 5 credit cards and carry a balance on 2 of them. Every time I transfer the balance from one account to another (because I get offered a low APR), after a few months, the other credit card offers me an even lower interest rate, so I transfer it to the account with the lower rate. I always pay about 20% over the minimum required payment.
