I live in Illinois. I have a great lawyer and my case is already settled, unfortunatly what I have left from my settlement after my other bills (which I managed to keep off my credit report) is nowhere near enough to pay this off, and I need a savings account in case i get reinjured ever. I was first late on this card in Dec/2000. Thanks for your help !!
