Have you considered filing BK, I know it seems drastic, BUT, if you can pay off any low balance credit or store cards you have,put your "emergency" funds in a special account, like a bank money market account and make sure it is designated as having the funds come from your wc settlement,it would be exempt.Sit down for a free consult with a bk attorney,meanwhile just send a don't call me,mail only to the ca on your account. Tell them you hae had a relapse and need time to recover.You may be better off just letting this one account eventually go to judgment, you may be "judgment proof" a bk lawyer can tell you in better detail.In any case, having emergency funds is more important than keeping citibank happy.
