Help!!! Why Chat...Can they do this????

Hello, All, I took a peek at my Experian report and found that Chase (their law firm) has not only filed and entered a judgment against me in 3/2001 for $1,135, BUT also since that time reported me as being late on that same account until it resulted to 180 days late and resulted in a charge-off in 11/2001 for $527, (in which under recent payments stated: $100 in 11/2001. go figure)
I find this hard to believe.
Can this happen?? And if not, what should I do?
