Help! answers for creditors? LONG

Okay well i have a Chase credit card. I'm not really sure of the first date for the SOL. My first question is how do i find that date. I don't have my old records.Second, they have started calling again and they call like 4 times a day. Most of the time i just don't answer the phone but when i do i just say "she's not here". well they start asking me 20 questions. Like- "Does she have a cell phone #?" Is she at a friends house i can call? IS she working now? And all sorts of questions. I just don't know what to do anymore, they are making me literally sick, i hate to even answer the phone, because they make you feel so bad and make you feel like you have to pay something.
