Hi,

Experian has an ID number, I think for the court.
I know there was a judgment filed. It happened after a semi-defaulted stipulation (I made partial payment in the week and weeks before, but not good enough). I didn't receive notice, but my stip said I didn't have to.

I found out through leg work and speaking with an attorney and someone in charge of the courts where this is out of, that I should pay the judgment and with the satisfaction of judgment legal form I could make a motion to the court to get it expunged.

As for the charge-off, that came on Nov. 2001, 8 months after the judgment was entered, for the principle amount.

Can I have Chase verify/validate the account even after the stip, judgment, and making payments? I thought by paying, I am acknowleding my debt.
thanks...what can I do???
Lynnette :)
