Send them a dispute and cease and desist, just tell them they have provided no proof or signed applications that show that this is your account, tell them you dispute the informaton they are reporting and they need to remove it from all your reports, and stop all collection activities.(make sure you keep copies to send to the CRA's along with green card copies in 30 days)
