I'm summonsd to court hearing in a few weeks, about Discover card (Florida) I wrote the Answer letter to the CA attorney ( the form letter on Linda's site)but wrote it too late. It's all about SOL. I think my delinquency started July '97 but cant get detailed records of payments, or non-payment, to prove it. Is it my word against theirs?
