No impertinence intended, but I think I know what you will say to my first question: "Contact Equifax and see when delinquency was reported". But I did, and am sure it's wrong. I had trouble paying in mid'97. But Equifax shows trouble much more recent. This is about a Discover card in FL. Sorry to be a pest here, but I want to be sure of myself on court day, and dont have all the written proof of my SOL argument. All the proof I have are a stack of canceled checks, but i'm not sure I have all I wrote. Some of those were less than the minimum payment, I'm sure, but dont have the statement to prove it. My ex threw a lot of my records away, if that's any excuse.
