FYI- in my expirience with banks (every bank I have ever done business with) they keep extremely detailed records of all of your checks. Call up your bank and ask them to help you to locate checks paid to that specific creditor. It may cost you... Depending on the bank there may be an hourly reasearch fee, a per record fee, and so on. If this is going to small claims you can file a counter suit for the fees (I think) GOOD LUCK
