I have a debt with RMA, It is with a Wards charge card, The account was in my mothers name, and I defulted on the account. That account went to two different collection agencies, before RMA took it over, They were able to get my mother's phone number and track her down, which the other ones did not. I of course got stuck paying them.
They told me that Wards was getting the money.
After one payment I called wards collection and they did have a payment posted, so I figured they did not buy the debt from them. Do they buy all there debts or do they collect for the company, If this was not in my moms name like heck they would get payment that easy.
