This debt is way past the SOL's. However, it is school loan and therefore different rules apply. School loans can be collectible forever. You might want to check this out further - since different regulations have been passed re: this. As far as the CA contacting people - they can only contact them for the purpose of verifying where you reside - period.

If you've read the many posts here - CA's violate every law written - they have demonstrated (clearly) they are incapable of being law-abiding. Write them a Cease & Desist letter immediately.
