The last activity was 5/99, and I'm in TX.

I suspect paying back my smaller debts makes them think it's likely they can collect. HA! I'll show them! There's less than $200 in the bank, I rent a dump of a house, and owe two+ years worth of payments on my eight year old 200K mile car.
