Here is a "validation" that was sent by a CA thet was poated on another board. CAs have been sending notarized affidavits that claim they have personal knowleged of the debt. This is the biggest joke i have ever heard especially when the documents requires to validate where lost. Figured it would be a good idea to post it here. I X'ed out the names and numbers in here to protect the consumer even though he posted them on the other board.

I received this in the mail today. This collection agency has some nerve. I have 3 listing on my husband's report over this same acct. One from Capital One, one by Pinnacle, and one by Bonded Collectors. What is the meaning of this letter. We have not sent them anything, only disputed these accts with the cra's. Seems to me like what they are saying is that if I sent a demand for validation that they wouldnt be able to provide it? Any other thoughts and opinions on this? What should I do?
