Yep,thats what it says.Wife says we were on a reduced payment program,(injury)so I guess thats what did it (though she says the reduced payments werent always paid on time.)Trouble is the program ended,but the problem didnt.So we havent been making any of our payments for several months,and avoiding the non-stop calls.Im just trying to narrow down my options and think its down to settlement or BK.I think I can forget sol.
Just looked at my Cap1 entry and it shows the exact same date to come off the report 3/2009.
We havent made a payment on that acct since Jan.
and have plenty of lates since 12/98
