Got your prrof lined up? You have to have the paper trail.

If so, go down to your small claims court and ask for the forms - and get the fee schedule. You have to have them served - you need the name and address of their agent for service of process in your state, and you may need to pay someone to serve them.

They will play you, most likely, and try to make you back down, but in the end they don't want to go to court.

One gal sued them and won by default because they didn't show up in court. She is in the process of getting her money now. :)

Sometimes they take you up to the very last minute, but in the end, most likely, they will make you an offer to settle.

Just be prepared for anything, and get a lawyer as backup in case they escalate to circuit court, unless you are thoroughly familiar with the US courts sytem.

Good luck!! Have fun.

Linda
