Julie, this "law firm" has no legal right to be collecting debts in your state. That's what Why Chat is saying. You shouldn't just pay them, you can fight them. Don't sign this consent judgment - contest it.

If this is your only debt, why did you let it charge off and ruin your credit? You can make these people go away, but Discover is hard to get rid of. Worrying about what a judgment will do to your credit but not worrying about a charge-off? Doesn't make a lot of sense.
