disputed???

i have realized that citibank has a line on their tradeline saying that i disputed the information. 'account information disputed by consumer' on all three of my CRs. Experion adds 'meets requirement of the FCRA'. This is strange because i never disputed the account with them. when i was first deliquient, i think i might have told one of the phone trolls that they were jacking me on the interest and it was wrong for them to refuse to let me make lower payments because i lost my job. I told them I did not mail my payments late even though they kept claiming they got them late...does that count as a 'dispute'???does this mean I can never dispute them because according to them i already have...can i use this to my advantage because it is wrong...any ideas??
