Is the reason they are giving me a consent judgement to sign is so that basically I screw myself? Being if it turns up they dont have a license they cant legally file a judgement correct?
I figured being it went through the court(summons) (but no date) it was all legit.
If they are doing this illegally, Im going to contest all of this.
