It shows on the trans union, but not the other two...it doesn't tell me when the first late date was...that is when the statute of limitations starts, right? It only tells me that the date opened was Mar 1997. I'm in Michigan, so I think it is still valid. Should I go ahead and send the cease and desist letter?
