WWR is both. They also practice other areas of law, so they kind of fall in the cracks. They actually have a big collections setup.

I would just refuse to sign and request proof as to who actually owns the debt, First Select or WWR. They would have to answer you. Tell them you are willing to make payments, but you will not pay again or sign the consent judgment until you have proof as to ownership of the debt.
