i need some help realy bad and dont know who to ask PLEASE HELP i have been married for 2 years to this man that was married and has a child by her and she has took him to court to pay child support and once we went to court he was paying his child support that was in march 3 2000 and april we received a letter from tran union saying his ex-wife has ran a credit report on him and he had been paying and was not behind did this she is also a private investigator and had a contract with this company can she run a employment background check on him for no reason at the time it was and trans union said she ran it without unpermession purposes she lied to the company and said in a interview on the phone she did not know a person by that name she said she has the right to because she is a judgement creditor is this true?and please send me anything you have on this matter PLEASE PLEASE i need to get this solved the child is 19 right now and she has not even been living at home she has been living on her own for some time now and has withdraw from a skin school that she was in thank you very much lina very conserned
