i have been told that the statute of limitations for bankruptcy is 10 yrs for reporting HOWEVER at the time I filed the rule was 7.
Am grandfathered in based upon when I filed? I filed n NY and if I am not grandfathered in then if a law passed next year changed the time limit for reporting to 20 years from 10 would that affect me ?
