No BK trustee is going to allow you to pick and choose which creditors to keep. Sears already is in deep doo-doo for getting people to reaffirm after bk. However, there IS a way to do it..IF an account is 0 balance and has not been used 3 months prior to FILING and is NOT used until 60 days AFTER final adjudication, it is NOT listed on the BK and there is no risk of another creditor requesting rescission of the bk.
