Not necessarily. You can request deletion of the paid accounts. Send a validation letter to whomever you paid and when they can't do it, it can be deleted. Never give up. I've been doing it myself, and if the people around me haven't been watching me do this, they wouldn't believe it. Now they want me to help them!
