Ok this is what I found out so far. They (wwr) do not own the debt, first select owns the debt (they bought out discover)Actually wwr is the plantiff for first select, and wwr filed the summons in my city on behalf of first select.
Do I file anything in reply to the court, I have only 21 days from the date wwr sued me( about 6 days left) to contest. Or do I send a letter to wwr? And if so what letter exactly do I send and to whom?
