Yes, use the Canada address. Send the validation letter. If there's a chance that they might sue you, have all the groundwork down (paper trail) to have it dismissed, even if it isn't past the SOL. When you were paying on this account, how did you pay it? Checks? Money orders? Quick collect? Linda
