Hello: I have a question about your answer! You said the people need to came back U.S and live in U.S with 6 month then they can start to file Bankrupcy! My question is If they can not came back U.S OR not allow live 6 months. ( Since 911 , New Immigration law already pass---all Foreign vistors can just visit U.S for no more than 6 months!) Why should they do? Are you show they still liable to debt for this situation? thanks a lot!
