I have GA Driver License still valid until 12.03.2002
Can I use this DL as a proof that I am resident of GA at least of 6 months to File Bankrupcy?
But I am out of USA ,I am currently in CIS countries. I tried to came back to USA to file Bankrupcy but US consulate keeps refusing me to issue a US VISA.
So now what can I do? Thank you all in advance!!!
