I have looked over this area of the law. What I am still wondering is this: Is there a SOL on a deficiency balance? And if so, where do I find it? Would the SOL be the written contract SOL? I am still somewhat confused about what to fight should they decide to sue me . No threats and has been over 7 years ago.( off credit report now) Any help would be great
