You cannot fraudulently claim to be a resident in order to file bankruptcy. If and when you are able to reenter legally you can look into the situation then. If no one has contacted you on the debts, and you are not in a situation to pay them, just leave it alone.It will not affect you, unless you try to obtain credit from the same bank or credit card company in your own Country.If you are contacted by a collection agent in YOUR Country representing your creditors, then you should seek legal guidance from an attorney in YOUR Country at that time.
