You can probably file a "CONTEMPT OF COURT" suit against him. Some courts will automatically garnish his wages since it seems like he's laughing at the court judgement or they may order him to pay those debts off in full per the court judgement. You could also send him by registered mail, return receipt a letter stating that unless he reimburses you the money IN FULL by a specified date you will proceed with court action against him. Check with the court the judgement was entered in - they should be able to help you. BTW - protect yourself and your credit. Follow thru, follow thru, follow thru. I've heard of similar cases - you have to get tough and stick to your guns. Who cares if the court attaches his wages!
