I have a question:
I have been summoned by Nations Bank for about $30,000 and will likely fight this in court, although I would like to avoid court.
I am not sure if the SOL has expired and believe it is very close.
Any suggestions??
I would probably be willing to use a consolidation service. Would that restart/redate the debt.
The account has been inactive for close to 6 years and I cannot understand how they come up with 30+ thousand. What is the best option?? Bankruptcy is not really an option for me.
