Hi ben, what choice of dispute did you pick on the online dispute, I didnt see "acct duplicate" as a choice,just acct not mine, where your double entries, 1 a charge off acct transfered to Dept of ed, by the original holder, then number 2 entry by the dept of ed?, thats my situation, the only thing left on my credit report are 6 negatives, 3 sallie mae charge offs, zero balance, and then 3 Dept of ed negative entries, I have recently entered into loan rehab with the dept of ed, and the three of their entries will delete all negative remarks in 11 months, but my concern is, when I asked dept of ed, what about the sallie mae entries do they have the neg removed, the girl was very unsure, but said, Uhhh yah,,, the sallie maes are due to come off in 1/2004, but I will really be mad if in 11 months the dept of eds are paying as agreed, never late, and the only things left other 3 sallies for another yr,,,,,,,,, sorry so long,,, how did you do it??? on your updated entry did the amount owed or dates changed, sounds to me, they took your dispute and updated the accts info,,
