Get your papers from proccess server ? Who told you that? Get your Experian credit report.Check with your Courthouse and see if anything has actually been filed. I think someone is just trying to scare you into paying something when you don't have to.Your don't "get" papers from proccess server, it is the proccess server's job to "get" the papers legally served on YOU.
