ORDER YOUR EXPERIAN REPORT, IMMEDIATLY.
You need to see the date of last activity. If the date is any date before todays date you will be ok. The judge will have to dismiss the case. You can your Experian report on line to see instantly, you do need a credit card to do this. Or a visa Cheque cashing card.
Don't give anyone any information on where you live.
