Problems Filing Small Claims Suit !!!

Ok now I'm really pi$$ed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called the court a few days ago and spoke with the woman who sent my complaint back. I told her that she/they were wrong for doing that, blah blah blah, and that FCRA law says I can file anywhere. She was like "ok, send it back, I think I heard something about that too just recently". So today I went to the courthouse to take the papers back. Well that woman, "Christine H" wasnt in the office but I dealt with some witch named Maria. I have never encountered such a rude person in my life. She insisted that I had to file in the county where Equifax was at and kept telling me it's "state law". I told her yes, that applies to most cases filed, but FCRA is an exception, blah blah, and I could file anywhere. Well she insisted on putting me down and making me look like an idiot in front of everyone. She was like "well then show me the rule # or law". Of course I dont carry around me with a copy of the FCRA so I couldnt show her anything which of course made me look dumb to everyone watching. I ended up walking out when I couldnt take the embarrassment anymore, and knew that she wasnt going to accept the papers. I even told her that the "Christine H" lady said I could bring them back and she said "oooooh nooooo, Christine wouldnt have said that" As if I'm going to lie!! I'm so heated right now I cant even see straight. No wonder these bastards in the credit industry are getting away with murder. No one stands up and trys to fight them and if they do, they have to deal with this bullshit. I'm not giving up though. I just dont know what to do. This is like my third attempt in filing these papers. I gave Equifax a date to reply by before I filed and I wanted them to be served shortly after that date. I wanted them to take me seriously. This is not helping! I dont know what else I can do. UGH!
