charge off / judgement question??

I just received in the mail today a Pre-Approve Credit Card today. I normally throw these away, but I am always looking for better APR%. As I started reading the notification, it stated Re: former charged-off account and that this credit card will by this debt, as a unsecured credit card and forward the charge-off dollar (1990.00) towards the credit card. I have bought and refinanced a house in the last two years and I know that this does not appear on my credit bureau. So I started surfing the net to see about this chage-off. I found that I have a "JUDGEMENT" for this amount filed on 1/24/94 - filed in Az which I now live in Mo.
My questions are:
1> Should I fight the judgement (since I was never served)?
2> If I fight the judgement will that make the charge off uncollectiable, since the statue on charge off in Az 3 years?
3> Take this offer and pay out the debt at a 9.9% by this unsecure Visa offer?
Please advise????????
