Arizona judgments are for 5 years unless renewed,(an additional 5)
Was it filed for execution in Mo.?(probably not as it would have been discovered on your house financing)
If it is still active in Arizona, by virtue of having been renewed in 1999 , then you need to have it vacated for lack of service. This will not "re-age" your SOL on being sued, as they DID file, (albeit illegally without proper service)
