What State are you in?
Send a letter to the bank president, politely informing him that by not accurately reporting ALL credit history to the CRA's they are in violation of FTC laws in the FCRA,ask him to immediately have an accurate up to date credit history of your "good credit" posted to whatever credit bureaus he uses to report "bad credit" If you let me know your State I will look up the applicable banking law.
