What does the SOL's refer to. A collection debt can only remain on your CR for 7 years for the original delinquency date, regardless of lastest activity, and regardless of when the CO started their collection process. So if a CO started the process on a 1992 orginal delq. in 2002, thats 10 years later, so it should not be put on the CR, because its beyond the 7. Is this section 605 c-1. Is there a time limited to how long after the original delq date that the CA can make attempts (collection process) to collect the debt or can that go on indifinetly. If so what section.
