Sherman Acquisitions Credit Report after Chapter 13

Filed chapter 13 July 1998 and it will be paid off July 2002. Recently had a credit report through equifax and it shows two open accounts with Sherman Acq. They have no contact number on the report except a mastercard account number. What does this mean!? How do I deal with this on my report?
