Yes, that is horrible, 36% is outragous.
I wouldn't use that card anymore, pay cash.
In fact stop using all your cards and try to snowball the payments on the rest of your accounts. Get out of debt before you do have to go bankrupt.
Try MSN money for ideas on how to do this.
